紅檔檔的叉燒陪伴我們長大,但為什麼日本拉麵裡的叉燒永遠不是我們的廣東燒味,而是淡而無味的豬肉片?

日本拉麵的叉燒正確名稱叫煮豚,用味道濃的醬汁長時間炆煮平價豬肉,製成品口味濃肉質軟,把本身的平價貨色完美掩飾.而且煮完的醬汁又可以再用於拉麵湯中,一石二鳥降低成本,是生意人度過算過的方程式.不過,說到味道,就遠不及我們廣東燒味叉燒美味了.

    By the way, what the name of the little puppy used in the fish egg sauce ?

    the name of it is mentaiko明太子. this is ovary of a fish called Alaska pollock. Will you eat it next time?
